Coastline Renovations & Refresh is led by Joseph Kitchin, QBCC licensed builder (Low Rise) with over 20 years’ experience across residential construction in the UK and Australia.
Before relocating to Australia, Joseph delivered a range of residential building projects in the UK, including extensions, structural renovations and full builds — developing a strong understanding of how homes are constructed from the ground up.
Alongside that, he has a natural focus on detail and finishing work — specialising in kitchens, bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, media walls and interior upgrades where precision and clean execution matter most.
This combination of building knowledge and attention to detail ensures every project is not only built properly, but finished to a high standard.
